Job Posting: Office Manager
Location: Auburndale, FL 33823
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations in our timber office. This role is essential to ensure smooth daily functions, manage critical financial processes, and support HR functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in payroll, human resources, accounts receivable/payable, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain and update office records, including financial and personnel data
- Assist with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, HR, payroll, and financial administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with the timber or construction industry is a bonus
