Production Technicians (IV Bag Manufacturing)
Location: Bartow, FL

Compensation: $18-20 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 10-12 hour shifts, 24 hours a day, rotating schedule

We’re looking for dedicated Production Technicians to support the production of high-quality IV bags at our cutting-edge facility in Bartow, FL. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture medical-grade IV bags.
- Ensuring products meet strict quality standards by conducting inspections and performing routine testing.
- Assisting in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the production area.
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
