Field Technician - Fire Protection:
The Field Technician aims to provide clients with the highest level of service. Our Field Technicians aspire to reflect their passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Working in the field, they travel to customer locations to provide service, maintenance and installation. They use their technical skills to troubleshoot issues when they arise to keep the customer’s equipment functioning properly. A Field Technician not only ensures the equipment is installed and working properly, but also manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction, which ultimately boosts the company’s profitability.
Firm requirements:
- Must pass lvl 2 FBI background check to work on at schools
- Must have a clear MVR, no points, and must maintain a valid license
- Must be mechanically inclined, preferably someone from the fire protection industry but those from automotive or maintenance fields are considerable
- Strong presentation and customer service acumen, this is a customer-facing role
- Physically demanding job, long hours, on your feet all day. Climbing ladders, going into crawl spaces. Also VERY dirty.
