Job Title: Delivery Driver
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to safely operate a large box truck and ensure timely and professional deliveries across the state of Florida, including but not limited to Jacksonville and Naples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a large box truck to transport doors, windows, and other materials to various locations.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and damage prevention.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures.
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Ensure the truck is maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a large box truck (prior experience required).
- Must be comfortable driving long distances across Florida.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to start work at 7:00 AM daily.
- Willingness to work overtime (OT) as required.
