Delivery Driver
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM until job completion
Pay: $17 per hour
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to handle the daily delivery, service, and pickup of portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the physical ability to move heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport and deliver portable restrooms and holding tanks to customer locations.
- Perform service and pickup duties as scheduled.
- Maintain service vehicles, restroom equipment, and facility cleanliness.
- Communicate with the dispatch office throughout the day to adjust to customer needs.
- Provide end-of-day reports detailing completed tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug test and meet insurance approval requirements.
- No points or violations on driving record in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Physical ability to move and manage a 200 lb portable restroom independently.
- Strong navigation skills (ability to read maps and follow route sheets).
- Experience pulling a variety of trailers.
- Basic mechanical/equipment knowledge preferred.
- Must have a cell phone with service and reliable transportation to work.
- Familiarity with Polk County and surrounding areas is a plus.
- Must be able to access school properties while students are present.
This is a physically demanding yet rewarding role for someone who enjoys working independently and providing essential services to the community.
