Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on role with a stable company? We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team, assembling metal and hydraulic components for road construction equipment. If you enjoy working with tools, following blueprints, and seeing your work come to life, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Cut and crimp hydraulic hoses to specified lengths
🔹 Install cylinders, motors, gauges, filters, hydraulic hoses, pumps, and valves
🔹 Assemble fabricated metal components onto tractors and sweeper attachments
🔹 Use hand tools, drills, grinders, and tape measures to complete tasks
🔹 Read and follow hydraulic diagrams, CAD drawings, and instructions
🔹 Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality
🔹 Keep your work area clean and organized
🔹 Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Mechanical aptitude – experience with assembly, fabrication, or similar work preferred
✔ Ability to read hydraulic diagrams and blueprints
✔ Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
✔ Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and quality
✔ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a team environment
✔ Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs
✔ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
✔ A desire for long-term, stable employment
