Job Full Description
Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and specifications.
Set up machines by installing tools, attachments, and fixtures as per production requirements.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and efficiency.
Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced operators.
