Drive Efficiency & Performance as a Reliability Specialist!
We are seeking a Reliability Specialist to take a proactive approach in eliminating downtime and improving machinery performance within our plant. This role is essential in analyzing recurring equipment issues and implementing strategies to enhance plant efficiency and profitability. If you have a strong background in reliability engineering, maintenance, or industrial operations, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Analyze root causes of recurring equipment failures and efficiency issues
🔹 Conduct reliability assessments and determine the best tools and strategies for improvement
🔹 Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
🔹 Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize machinery performance
🔹 Track equipment reliability metrics and recommend data-driven solutions
🔹 Assist in training teams on reliability best practices and predictive maintenance
🔹 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or industrial operations (preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability tools
✔ Ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement solutions
✔ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
✔ Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
✔ Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance techniques
✔ Proficiency in reliability software and maintenance tracking systems (a plus!)
