Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parking Attendant/Custodial team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role involves managing parking areas, assisting visitors, and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Direct vehicles in designated parking areas and ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

• Provide friendly assistance to guests, answering questions and offering directions as needed.

• Monitor parking lots for safety concerns and report any issues to management.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of parking areas, restrooms, and public spaces.

• Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize restrooms, walkways, and common areas.

• Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed.

• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, custodial work, or parking assistance is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
