Job Full Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Manager and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or home furnishings, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish. You'll manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workspace is organized. Additionally, you will assist with sales support tasks such as order processing and customer follow-up, while also taking on additional responsibilities to help the business grow.
