We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in the Kendall area

 

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who is interested in excelling in their career. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Customer service specialists are responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution. 
  • Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about the products or services offered by the company. 
  • Responsible for managing customer accounts, including updating account information, processing payments, and addressing billing issues. 
  • Responsible for escalating complex or unresolved issues to management for further review and resolution. 
  • May need to collaborate with other departments, such as field supervisor, accounts payable or other customers, to resolve customer issues or provide additional support. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Some prior experience in a customer service / support position
  • Proficiency using Excel, Microsoft, Computer Savvy
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • English required 

 

Position is paying $22-24/hr

 

Monday through Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m.
