We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in the Kendall area
Job Summary: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who is interested in excelling in their career. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries: Customer service specialists are responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about the products or services offered by the company.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts, including updating account information, processing payments, and addressing billing issues.
- Responsible for escalating complex or unresolved issues to management for further review and resolution.
- May need to collaborate with other departments, such as field supervisor, accounts payable or other customers, to resolve customer issues or provide additional support.
Qualifications:
- Some prior experience in a customer service / support position
- Proficiency using Excel, Microsoft, Computer Savvy
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- English required
Position is paying $22-24/hr
Monday through Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m.
