Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Order Processor.
Job Responsibilites:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving and reviewing customer orders.
- Verifying order accuracy and completeness.
- Processing orders through the system
- Coordinating with sales and shipping.
- Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Processing reports.
- Printing order label and required documents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Diligence and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Executive Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
