Client Overview: Our client, a reputable and customer-focused plumbing company, is looking to hire a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This individual will be a crucial point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and collaborating closely with the dispatch team and field plumbers to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, scheduling plumbing appointments, coordinating with the dispatch team, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided. You will also follow up with customers after service completion to ensure all jobs are finished to their satisfaction. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering a high level of service to our client’s customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule plumbing appointments, ensuring efficient use of field technicians and aligning with customer needs.
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to coordinate appointments, update schedules, and communicate any changes.
  • Follow up with customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about plumbing services, pricing, and company procedures in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s system, ensuring all interactions are logged.
  • Handle cancellations, reschedules, and appointment reminders while keeping customers informed.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Provide assistance and support to field plumbers as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of [X] years experience in customer service, preferably in a home services or plumbing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) and customer management software; experience with scheduling/dispatching systems is a plus.
