Training Start Date: December 2th, 2024
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule Options:
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm (8hr days/1hr lunch)
- Monday - Thursday: 10am - 9pm (10hr days/1hr lunch)
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours/week) - (Only if you have chat/text/email call center experience.)
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in software programs and CRM systems
- Inbound/outbound call experience
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Good math skills and critical thinking skills
- Recent high school graduates with a high GPA or IB diploma may qualify without prior experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call performance metrics
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound welcome/payment reminder calls
- Assist borrowers with inquiries, verifying account information with compliance to data privacy regulations
- Maintain accurate borrower records and update customer account information
- Deliver scripted campaigns to guide borrowers to the appropriate departments
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
