Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Schedule:
- 2 or 3 days a week
- Flexible hours between Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for customer service?
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have experience handling customer complaints, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong computer skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries or complaints
- Handle escalated calls with professionalism and tact
- Document issues in the system or on paper to ensure proper follow-up
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolutions
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is a must
- Comfortable handling escalated or difficult calls
- Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong typing skills
- "Thick skin" for dealing with complaints and a focus on resolution
