Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Schedule:

  • 2 or 3 days a week
  • Flexible hours between Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have experience handling customer complaints, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong computer skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries or complaints
  • Handle escalated calls with professionalism and tact
  • Document issues in the system or on paper to ensure proper follow-up
  • Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is a must
  • Comfortable handling escalated or difficult calls
  • Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong typing skills
  • "Thick skin" for dealing with complaints and a focus on resolution
