Job Full Description
Pay Rate:
- Maintenance Technician - $18-$23
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Starts as part time but moves to full time.
Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on all equipment, systems, and components in accordance with requirements.
- Repairs on Washers and Dryers
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing
- Maintain appropriate documentation for facility equipment, systems, and components.
- New parts and equipment installations.
- Identify sources of problems by observing and testing equipment both in and out of operation.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Rotating weekends and holidays are required for our maintenance team.
- Must have a clean driving record.
We are looking for someone who can perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs in the laundry industry. Maintenance technicians who can complete work orders safely, correctly, and efficiently will be able to create their own job security, compensation and future.
