Automotive Technician
Pay Rate: $25 - $32 per hour (Flat Rate)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Ocala, FL
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance, possess excellent diagnostic skills, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and more.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle systems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to provide accurate diagnoses and solutions.
- Perform alignments, tire services, and other related tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient work practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology, trends, and repair techniques.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient work completion.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must own personal tools required for the job.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
