Brian Ballard and Randall Camp are the proud owners of our Ocala franchise, and both are deeply connected to this community. Brian is a native of Ocala and has spent his career fostering relationships with local businesses, providing staffing solutions that help them grow. Randall, who co-founded the business with his late wife, Pat Camp, has been dedicated to serving the area since 1994, bringing decades of expertise in staffing and recruitment.

Brian and Becky Ballard of Ocala, Florida view their Express business as a God given platform to share the love of Jesus by the way they interact with associates and clients and through the opportunities the business provides to serve and support organizations in their Ocala community.

Brian started with the Ocala, FL office in 1999, serving as the Branch Manager until joining Randall and Pat Camp as a fellow franchisee in 2021. They have enjoyed consistent circle level success and have been a Gold office for the past 5 years. Awards received include The Trendsetter, Helping Hands and Board of Directors Awards.

Becky has invested the last 15 years in homeschooling their 4 children and officially joined Brian in the office in 2022 as the Marketing and Social Media Specialist.

They both believe in the power of intentionality and choosing to live based on what they value most which is loving God by loving others. One way this is seen is in the incredible tenure they have been blessed to have with their internal team and the two former team members that are now Express Franchisees. They love leading a profitable business that is based on Biblical principles and seeing the eternal impact that living on purpose provides.

Randall Camp has been a dedicated franchisee at Express Employment Professionals in Ocala since 1994. Alongside his late wife, Pat, Randall established the business and has enjoyed many years of success. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he continues to guide the business towards new heights.

Randall’s commitment to excellence and his deep understanding of the employment sector have made him a respected figure in the community. His leadership and passion for helping others find meaningful employment opportunities remain the cornerstone of his professional journey.

Family and faith are both incredibly important to Randall. He cherishes the time spent with his children and grandchildren, often sharing stories of his and Pat’s journey in building their business and family. Randall’s dedication to both his family and his work exemplifies his balanced approach to life, making him a beloved member of the Ocala community.
