With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and six years of military experience as an Air Traffic Controller, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist. His military background has equipped him with exceptional skills in managing high-pressure situations and making quick, effective decisions—qualities that are invaluable in the fast-paced staffing environment.

His primary responsibilities include matching skilled candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both clients and employees achieve their goals. Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling to new destinations, and playing pickleball. Recently married to his wife, Crystal, the couple shares a love for travel and adventure, with memorable experiences including their breathtaking honeymoon in Iceland.
