Job Details:
- Pay Rate - $18.00/HR
- Length of Assignment - Full Time, Permanent Position!
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Duties:
- Communicate, professionally, and effectively with customers and salespeople via telephone and/or e-mail.
- Direct calls and emails, as needed, to customer service, ensuring the purpose of inquiries is identified, as well as copying in sales consultant(s), where necessary.
- Responsible for triage of general customer service inbox which included assignment to appropriate person or team for follow through.
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
