Job Full Description
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local inspection company that is looking for a Scheduler/Customer Service Associate to assist with scheduling inspections for homes to renew or establish insurance policies. This associate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, posting payments, inputting orders, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be comfortable with being on the phone all day and using Internet and Windows.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $14 - $15 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Chrome
- Must be open to learn company specific programs
- Must not be allergic to pets as there is an “Office Cat and Office Dog”
