Job Full Description
Administrative Assistant/Account Specialist
· Manage all client files from assisting with application, submitting app, account issue, servicing account (changes to beneficiary, address, cash distributions, etc.)
· Track all policy anniversary dates and send out annual reports to investors.
· Assist with marketing of business via social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
· Execute a weekly email campaign for prospective clients for life insurance, long-term care insurance, Medicare supplement, and rollover investments.
· Plan and execute client appreciation events, open houses, and weekly small group luncheons.
· Prep and mail out birthday cards, sympathy, thank-you, and Christmas cards.
· Manage all appointments (schedule, confirm, prep clients for meeting, etc.)
· Take the initiative, offer ideas to clients, don't just wait for instruction,
· Attention to detail, highly organized, and discreet are KEY attributes for this position.
· MUST have solid computer skills, and know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Familiar with Adobe PDF, creator will be very helpful.
$15.00 per hour to start-
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
