GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to mee the organization’s staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate onboarding.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with department heads and ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with our organizational culture.

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various job levels and departments.
- Work with the Communications department to post job openings on company websites, job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing timely updates to both parties.
- Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline to meet future staffing needs.
Candidate Engagement:
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, and post-interview feedback.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications and next steps.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
Collaborative HR Support:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Partner with the HR team to support employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet diversity and inclusion goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Report regularly on recruitment progress and provide insights into recruitment trends to HR leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Human Resource Management.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Teams.
- Video teleconferencing (Zoom, Go To, and MS Teams meetings).
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is preferred, OR any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a Human Resources administration role required.
