Job Full Description
Job Summary: Local Company is looking for a Receptionist. This person will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering and screening phone calls, keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, distributing daily mail and deliveries, order front office supplies and upkeep of inventory, update and maintain schedules, other duties as necessary.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $14-$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM
Qualifications:
- Must have front office experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be presentable as you will be the face of the office
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome guests that arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate messages via email and message book
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update documents and maintain meeting schedule
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copying, etc. as needed
