Job Full Description
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance & Carpentry Associate to perform repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, flooring, painting, and minor plumbing and electrical work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Perform trim work, flooring installation/repairs, and cabinetry work.
- · Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, molding, and other wood structures.
- · Patch, paint, and complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- · Inspect properties to identify necessary repairs and complete maintenance tasks as needed.
- · Ensure quality craftsmanship and adhere to safety protocols on all job sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- · Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, and repairs.
- · Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- · Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
