SUMMARY:
An older apartment community seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling repairs, performing preventative maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all units and common areas are kept in excellent condition.
Must have strong leadership skills, hands-on repair experience, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20-28/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
