Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator (15,000 lb Capacity)
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
We are currently seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time day shift. This position is ideal for someone who has experience safely operating large-capacity forklifts and enjoys working in an outdoor industrial environment.
Monday - Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am - Noon

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift with lifting capacities up to 15,000 pounds
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials ranging from 20 to 60 feet in length
- Move oversized materials safely throughout the yard and worksite
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Assist with general yard organization and material handling as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating heavy-capacity forklifts (15,000 lb or similar preferred)
- Comfortable handling long and oversized materials
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions
Compensation & Benefits
