JOB SUMMARY
Non Air Conditioned Warehouse
Monday - Friday 630am-3pm - HOURS WILL CHANGE 12/2 to 630am-4pm with Oppurtunity of overtime.
*Must have experience using a Drill*
The day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the Assembler are guided by the company procedures and directives, it involves handling various parts and tools used in the manufacturing of Pool Heat Pumps. The Assembler should be a people person who can work well with a team and collaborate with people from other departments. PLEASE USE THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR SSC# TO CLOCK IN AND OUT ON THE TIMECLOCK.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assist with manufacturing Pool Heat Pumps and accessory items.
• Follow all Company guidelines regarding attendance, PPE and Safety.
• Flexible in working different areas of shop as needed.
• Eager to learn different skills following our cross-training matrix.
• Be able to work some overtime
• Perform other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• HVAC/pool experience preferred, not required
• High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working with tools
• Able to communicate and cooperate with other team members
• Safety and quality conscious
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to read and write, sit, walk within the facility to access materials and carts; talk and hear in a noisy environment; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate shop equipment and tools; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 10 pounds. They also occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
