Job Full Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant for a busy, high-volume office. This temp-to-perm position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling daily administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, document processing, and data entry.
Assist with insurance claims, legal documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy enforcement.
Solve problems efficiently and think critically to address office challenges.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role in a busy, high-volume setting.
