Job Description/Duties:
Will perform various DMV and Title Clerk functions and uses specific applications. Applicants will perform duties such as assisting in-person clientele; examining vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; being able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to FLHSMV statutes, policies, and procedures. Finally, applicants will be the lead liaison when needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Feedback to Customer Support agents in a professional and positive manner
Review errors flagged by the system and implement proper corrections
Assist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as-needed basis
Perform paper trailing process to identify and resolve document-related issues
