Job Full Description
We are searching for a PT Administrator/Office Manager for a local contractor in Sarasota.
Schedule: Approx. 3 days a week, 20-24 hrs. Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.
Qualifications/duties:
- MUST have Excel and QuickBooks experience.
- Willing to learn other skills and tasks if not already familiar with scheduling, permits, speaking with the City or permitting department as needs arise.
- Good communication skills.
- MUST BE ORGANIZED!
- Attention to detail is necessary.
- Bookkeeping, excel and QuickBooks will be 90% of daily tasks.
