Job Full Description

We are searching for a PT Administrator/Office Manager for a local contractor in Sarasota. 

Schedule: Approx. 3 days a week, 20-24 hrs. Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.

Qualifications/duties:

  • MUST have Excel and QuickBooks experience.
  • Willing to learn other skills and tasks if not already familiar with scheduling, permits, speaking with the City or permitting department as needs arise.
  • Good communication skills.
  • MUST BE ORGANIZED!
  • Attention to detail is necessary.
  • Bookkeeping, excel and QuickBooks will be 90% of daily tasks.
  • RESUME REQUIRED.
