Job Full Description
We are partnering with a local aluminium sign frames manufacturer who is seeking a Sales Manager to grow their customer service/sales team in the US and Canada.
Full time - Monday-Friday
Salary - DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team of 9 (3 remote, 5 office-based) focused on customer service and guiding clients through the process of selecting the right sign systems for their projects.
- Engage directly with clients, especially on large deals, offering customized solutions, discounts, samples, and additional support to close sales.
- Become deeply familiar with key customers in the U.S. and Canadian markets, building strong personal relationships to facilitate sales growth.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of customer service/sales team members, ensuring the team continues to strengthen and grow.
- Work alongside team members to assist in quoting, customer interactions, and troubleshooting complex projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in customer service or sign-related industries.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience working with architects, designers, or in a similar project-based sales environment is a plus.
- Hands-on mentality, able to jump into deals and assist the team when needed.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of inspiring and driving a small team towards higher sales targets.
- Ability to work under the direction of the General Manager while independently managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to close deals.
