Job Full Description

Position: Temporary Support Staff
Duration: February through March/April (tax season)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some Sundays may be required during peak weeks)
Pay Range: P$18-20

Responsibilities:

  • Creating invoices and assembling packets for accountants and clients
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Calling clients and mailing documents as needed
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as directed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (computers, scanners, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates should be organized, meticulous, and able to "go with the flow" while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and computer skills are essential.
