Job Full Description
We are assisting a property management company in Sarasota with finding their newest receptionist. The right candidate will assist the Community Association Managers (CAMs) with clerical duties and office-related tasks.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overview of Job Responsibilities:

Answering the phone

Responding to emails
-
Assisting others in the office with assigned tasks

Assisting with and coordinating services with vendors
-
Assisting homeowners with their requests
-
Performing mailings and email notifications
-
Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed

Helping to keep the office tidy and neat
Skills Needed:
-
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
-
Friendly communication skills with homeowners
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-
Professional attitude and appearance
-
Solid written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills
