Overview: We are assisting a premier beachfront resort in Siesta Key, FL, with finding an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to join their team. This role is crucial in managing ongoing maintenance projects and major post-hurricane restoration efforts, ensuring the resort maintains high standards for owners, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction & Maintenance Oversight: Manage hurricane-related restoration projects, routine maintenance, and capital improvements.

  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Source, vet, and oversee General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Financial Management: Review and approve bids, budgets, invoices, and expenditures for construction and maintenance.

  • Board Relations: Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing financial reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations.

  • Hospitality & Community Relations: Maintain professional yet welcoming interactions with owners, visitors, and guests to ensure smooth resort operations.

  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all work meets local building codes, insurance requirements, and community guidelines.

  • Budget & Expense Oversight: Develop and monitor budgets for ongoing and future projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active Florida CAM License with extensive experience in construction management, vendor negotiations, and financial oversight.

  • Strong knowledge of resort or property management, particularly in a hospitality-focused environment.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with the Board of Directors, vendors, and resort stakeholders.

  • Professional, personable, and firm—able to balance business objectives with guest experience and owner satisfaction.

  • Prior experience in Siesta Key or coastal property management is a plus.
