We’re hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in Sarasota!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with electro-mechanical systems, and supporting customers in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Hours may vary)

Pay: $20-$23/Hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide phone-based technical support for mobility and accessibility product lines to dealers, distributors, and customers

  • Lead and support product training sessions focused on installation, service, and repair

  • Participate in new product development efforts to improve serviceability and customer experience

  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues and guide repairs using technical schematics

  • Maintain accurate records, return authorizations, and service documentation

  • Create and manage training materials in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Occasionally travel to customer locations (minimal travel)

  • Operate internal systems such as Salesforce, Syspro, Arena, and video conferencing tools

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or field service

  • Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques

  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Syspro preferred)
