Job Full Description
The Production Technician’s main job is to help with renovation, installation, and service work. This includes supporting equipment installation and repairs as needed. The Production Technician reports directly to the Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities:

Renovation: Learn or complete repairs and updates to homes, like fixing walls, painting, and installing floors. Work inside and outside to make sure things look great and work well.

Equipment Installation: Install different types of helpful equipment, like stair lifts, safety systems, and door openers, following company rules to keep everything safe and high quality.

Equipment Service: Repair or check equipment, including stair lifts and safety systems, to make sure everything works properly and safely.

Project Support: Help workers and subcontractors on projects by providing extra hands and organizing tools to keep everything on schedule.

Training and Guidance: Show other workers how to do tasks correctly and safely to finish projects on time.

Safety: Make sure everyone follows safety rules on each job.

Quality Check: Keep an eye on the work to make sure it meets high company standards.
Work Environment:
Work will be outside, in customer homes, and sometimes in the main office or warehouse. Regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some overnight travel.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
