Job Full Description
The Equipment Technician installs and services equipment and helps with construction projects. They also train other employees, ensure safety, keep up quality, and provide general support.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Equipment Installation: Install equipment by following all instructions and company standards.

Equipment Service: Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to keep everything working properly.

Training: Teach other employees how to install and service equipment.

Product Improvement: Help improve products and methods to make sure the company offers the best value.

Renovation Support: Assist with home renovation tasks like repairs and updates.

Project Support: Help make sure projects are completed on time by assisting with planning and supplies.

Safety: Ensure everyone follows safety rules on the job.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards in all work to meet customer expectations.
Work Environment:
This job mostly takes place outdoors and in customer homes. The main office is climate-controlled and smoke-free. Regular work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday. Some overnight travel may be needed occasionally.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
