Job Full Description
Express Pros is looking for CDL Drivers!
Job Duties:
- Loading and Securing your load (You will be responsible for ensuring your freight is secure. )
- Tarping (When your load does require a tarp, the tarp must be secured properly, in addition to your freight.)
- Perform pre-trip inspections (All truck drivers must perform pre-trip inspection of their vehicle before departure)
- Maintain your vehicle (Reporting any malfunctions or concerns as they arise)
Job Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a flatbed truck and secure various types of cargo
- Experience with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Ability to read and understand maps and GPS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting and securing heavy loads
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to the transportation of goods
SCHEDULE: Hours vary depending on what the delivery needs are each day.
