Job Full Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential work.
Job Duties:

Installation:
Installing new HVAC systems in homes according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.

Maintenance:
Performing routine inspections and cleaning of HVAC systems to optimize performance and prevent future issues.

Diagnostics and repair:
Identifying and troubleshooting malfunctions within HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues, and repairing or replacing faulty components.

Part replacement:
Sourcing and replacing worn or damaged parts as needed.

System testing:
Performing operational tests on repaired or installed systems to ensure proper functionality

Hand tools proficiency:
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and specialized equipment for installation, maintenance, and repair

Electrical knowledge:
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and circuits to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have HVAC Certification (EPA Universal).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to lift tools and build materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
- EPA Refrigerant is a plus
