Job Details

General Requirements:

• Able to stand and work for 8+ hours/day

• Lift, carry, and transport 75+ pounds, including up stairs, ramps, and elevators

• Must have access to work boots, work pants, hand drill, and tools

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel ~50 miles

• Ability to pass a drug test and background checks

• Must be a legal U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa

• Valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Green Card, etc.)

• Strong communication skills (fluent in English)

• Able to follow instructions and work with others

• Preferred traits: Problem-solver, self-starter, hard worker, accountable, and willing to be trained

• Typical shifts: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm, with potential overtime/weekend work

Specific Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience installing acoustical ceiling systems, specialty ceilings, or wall panels (preferred 5-7+ years)

• Experience reading and interpreting architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/blueprints

• Ability to layout and measure acoustical ceiling systems

• Comfortable working on scaffolds, ladders, aerial lifts, and stilts (stilts experience preferred)

• Experience with powder actuated fasteners, trackfast guns, hammer drills, and pop rivet tools

• Proficient with laser levels, string lines, and leveling systems

• Experienced in installing various acoustical ceiling systems and components, including tiles, insulation, and perimeter trims

• Familiar with acoustical ceiling grid systems (e.g., 15/16", 9/16"), acoustical wall panels, and specialty ceiling systems (e.g., baffles, beams, felt systems, wood/metal ceilings)
