Job Full Description

Growing manufacturing company in Tampa is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to join the team. 

 

Duties:
• Role model expected behaviors and actions representing the highest level of standards and HR best practices
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Assist leaders with reporting, data analysis, and determining employee performance and training needs
• Assist and lead employee training and development activities
• Suggest changes in policy and procedures based on laws, employee, and company needs
• Administer and assist with employee benefits and changes, to include Open Enrollment
• Drive innovative recruitment strategies, to include hiring events
• Drive and continually improve hiring, onboarding and orientation processes
• Administer compensation and related changes under supervision of President and HR Leader
• Assist with employee relations and coaching and corrective actions
• Monitor, audit, and drive time-card accuracy and proper pay/time system usage
• Assist with interview schedules and evaluation standards
• Oversee exit interviews and procedures
• Drive standard HR metrics
• Drive companywide communications & employee engagement efforts
• Actively develop, maintain, and foster relationships with staffing agencies and other employment support partnerships (such as schools/universities/colleges, and community programs etc.)
• Assist with required reporting and audit deadlines with timeliness and accuracy (EEOC/UIA/ACA/ Non-discrimination testing/FLSA Audits & Measurements/401k etc.)
• Work closely with Safety ensuring regulatory compliance and employee adherence
• Other duties as assigned, per company changes & needs

 

Qualifications
• 3-5 years Human Resources Management experience
• SHRM credential highly preferred
• Comprehensive skillset using HRIS, ATS, and Payroll platforms (Paycom preferred)
• Proficient with reporting tools, metrics, analysis, and KPIs
• Strong literacy and verbal/written communication skills
