Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for Shipping and Receiving Clerk position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying the accuracy of shipments, and maintaining inventory records.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock count and reconciling discrepancies
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- maintain detailed and accurate records of all shipments and receipts
- Greet Driver and visitors
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Other office administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, data entry, and faxing
- Attend all company-required meetings.
- Understanding of internal control concepts and processes to mitigate risks.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Various warehouse management systems.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
