Express Employment in Temple Terrace is hiring candidates for a Busser position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The ideal candidate will support the restaurant staff by maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment. This includes clearing and setting tables, assisting servers with their needs, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
· Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure an efficient workflow.
· Clear tables of dishes, silverware, and glassware after guests have finished dining.
· Wipe down tables and chairs, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests.
· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
· Ensure that the dining area, service stations, and kitchen are clean and well-organized.
· Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
