Maintenance Technician
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a maintenance technician position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The maintenance technician will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
