Bilingual Food Manufacturing Supervisor
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for the Food Manufacturing Supervisor position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. We are looking for a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes within a food manufacturing facility. The ability to communicate well in both Spanish and English to train and lead production staff.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Supervise daily food production operations to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working effectively.
- Ensure food products meet safety and quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor hygiene, safety procedures, and product integrity.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring staff comply with health regulations.
- Monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience within a management role with food manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
