Bilingual Construction Crew Lead
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for the Bilingual Crew Lead
position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This person is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a construction crew to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required safety and quality standards.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Significant hands-on experience in construction is typically required, as well as knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety protocols.
- Lead and supervise a crew of laborers for a concrete plant
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for crew members, ensuring proper techniques and safety procedures are followed.
- The role is hands-on, and it often involves working long hours, particularly as project deadlines approach.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years working within an industrial setting
- Team Management experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
- Ability to work long hours, especially during peak seasons
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Spanish
