Cherry Picker/ Selector Operator
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for Bilingual Order Selector position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. We are looking for an order picker who has operated Cherry Picker. This position is responsible for going in and out of freezers correctly picking and distributing selected products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Select and pull orders using an order picker to retrieve products and produce.
- Ensure that selected products match order details and are free from damage or defects.
- Meet daily and weekly order fulfillment quotas while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and customer demands.
- Safely operate a cherry picker or order picker to retrieve items from high shelves.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when working at heights.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment for an extended period.
- Must have previous experience operating a Cherry Picker
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
