Sign Fabricator Technician
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for Sign Fabricator Technician position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This role requires experience in reading and understanding factory drawings, using a variety of materials and tools, and ensuring that all signage meets specifications. The position also involves occasionally working in the field with installation teams. To produce and manufacture signage from electrical to dimensional.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Prepare materials for sign production, including cutting, welding, painting, and finishing.
- Cutting and assembling sign components using MIG welding of aluminum.
- Understand drawings and design specifications for accurate fabrication.
- Ensure all fabricated signs are built to specification.
- Proficient in using power tools, welding equipment, and various machinery for sign fabrication.
- Maintain fabrication equipment, ensuring it remains in good working order.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs). To stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
