Showroom Representative
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for an Executive Assistant position for a local company in NE Tampa. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused showroom representative. In this role will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist in showcasing our products, answering inquiries, and provide an inviting environment to make sales. We are seeking an individual who is driven to make a sale and are passionate about customer service.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Greet customers as the enter the showroom and assist with their needs.
- Help customers by making product recommendations based on their needs.
- Provide product knowledge to customers regarding pricing, promotions, and special offers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Monitor levels of inventory.
- Keep the showroom clean and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management.
